Rainout Games Status for May 12

King City games on 1C, 1D, 1E are rained out due to damp and soggy wicket conditions. Decision on King 1A, 1B wicket will be taken on the ground.
All Sunnybrook games are rained out due to parks authority closing off the grounds.

2013 SCHEDULE IS OUT

2013 SCHEDULE IS UP.
We would like to thank all clubs for their patience in waiting for the schedule.
Due to the number of new teams, and existing clubs wanting to add teams we have started a fifth division, that schedule will follow shortly.
Clubs have until May 15th to report any discrepancies, after which the schedule will be final.

Please see below for a list of balls approved for T&DCA 2013 Playing Season. Please plan your purchases accordingly. Balls will be available for purchase from the following retailers in the GTA. Kookaburra (Yashi Sports 416-999-7044), Platypus (Qasra Sports 416-213-0734), StigX (Austin Ward (416-493-1896 or 416-453-0521)
For Elite & Premier Div
A) 4 pc white 156gms: Kookaburra Regulation
For First Div
B) 4 pc white 156 gms: Kookaburra Club match or Platypus 5 Star or A) above
For Second & Third Div
C) 4 pc white 156 gms: Platypus Special Turf or A) or B) as above
D) For Fourth Div
4 pc white 156 gms: Kookaburra Senator or Platypus Match or A) or B) or C) as above
For Fifth Div
STIGX 4-pc white ball 156 gms or D) as above
For Juniors and Ladies Div
STIGX 4 pc Pink Ball
Junior clubs that have any left over inventory of 2-pc red Kookaburra balls from previous season must write to the Secretary and ask for exemption to use up their old inventory. This exemption can only be granted for a given number of games after which StigX pink ball must be used.

Deposit for 2013 Season

Please note that any club who has not paid the $1000 per team deposit by Thursday May 16th will not be allowed to start the season. if you have games scheduled they will be awarded to the opposition and not rescheduled.
This also applies to any team that has a outstanding balance from 2012.

Schedule Release

We would like to thank all clubs for their patience in waiting for the schedule. It will be released midnight tonight. A few minor changes will still follow, but no changes for May 11/12 weekend after release.

Player Registration
|
Attention all clubs, if you have registered a player and have not put a valid birth date, the player will not be activated, hence will not be allowed to play in games.
Please go and enter a valid birth date, in the event of a protest the birth date will be verified with the date in the system, so DO NOT FAKE IT.
On May 10th any player without a birth date will be deleted from the system. NO further notice will be given.

2013 T&DCA and MLCC AGM Notice

2013 T&DCA and MLCC AGMs will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2013 from 9am to 12 noon.

Nominations for the 2013 board of governors will be accepted by email to secretary@tdca.ca from President/Secretary of member clubs in good financial standing only. Nomination deadline is midnight May 1, 2013
2012 T&DCA Awards banquet will be also be held on the same date and at the same venue from 12pm - 5pm. Clubs must send an RSVP with number of attendees to secretary@tdca.ca latest by Mon Apr 28, 2013. More than 10 attendees per team will incur a $25 charge per person.
